KJT-PK high-end model series are widely used in the detection of conveyor belt deviation to prevent material overflow and other failures
caused by belt deviation. This machine is widely used in transportation systems in mining, electric power and chemical industries.
When the running tape deviates, the vertical roller on the edge of the tape rotates and squeezes the vertical roller to tilt it. If the tilt of
the vertical roller is greater than the action angle, a switch signal will be sent immediately. If the vertical roller continues to tilt greater
than the secondary action angle, a switch signal will be sent. , then output another set of switch signals. The two sets of switch signals
can be used for alarm or shutdown respectively. After the belt conveyor resumes normal operation, the vertical roller will automatically reset.
