The placement machine is an automated equipment used to accurately mount electronic components of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) onto Printed Circuit Board (PCB). SMT machines are widely used in the electronics manufacturing industry and can efficiently complete large-volume placement tasks.
The six sensors commonly used in placement machines include:
Pressure sensor: used to detect the pressure exerted by the placement head on the components to ensure accurate fit.
Negative pressure sensor: used to control the negative pressure of the suction nozzle to ensure that components are firmly adsorbed.
Position sensor: used to detect the accurate position of components during the operation of the placement machine to achieve accurate placement.
Image sensor: SMT machines are usually equipped with high-resolution image sensors that can identify and position components.
Laser sensor: used to measure energy and position to ensure accurate placement process.
SMT head pressure sensor: used to detect the pressure exerted by the SMT head on the components to control the strength of the fit.
The use of these sensors can improve the accuracy and stability of the placement machine and ensure a high-quality placement process.
