l. Remove the end cap, drill ≥ Φ12 holes in the centre of the end cap, drill Φ5 holes in the lower part of the end cap, tap M6 (matching with the two holes of the rotary detector bracket) and then fix the end cap and the bracket with screws.
2. Drill Φ5 holes in the shaft head and tap M6, 10-15mm deep.
3、Tighten the double-headed screw
4、Assemble the end cover
5、Install the detecting piece, H1≥20mm and fix it with nut.
6、Install the rotary detector, adjust H2 = 4mm
Some machines are driven by a longer shaft, out of the end cover, for such cases only need to make the test piece into a turn-shaped fixed on the shaft head (please note that the plane of the test piece and the rotary detector to keep the plane of the probe parallel to the rotary detector. If installed on a metal base, please pay special attention to the distance of H1 in order to prevent the strong interference of magnetic materials that may cause the equipment to be unable to start).
