When a metal object approaches the sensing surface of the analog sensor, the LC oscillation of the analog sensor is attenuated. This change is used to convert the current output. The size of the output current is directly related to the distance between the metal object and the sensing surface of the analog sensor. Or directly proportional to the relationship (please refer to the relationship between proximity distance and output current curve).
Standard test substance:
Use a 1mm thick square steel sheet with an electrical soft iron (i.e. A3 steel) whose side length is equal to the diameter of the sensing surface of the analog sensor.
Inductive proximity sensors with analog output are electronic signal generators for measuring position deviations and are used in a wide range of applications.
For example:--Measurable bends and deflections
--Measurable width
--Controllable dimensional stability
--Controllable positioning
--Controllable centering rate or eccentricity

Remark: 1. For other technical data, please contact us. 2. The standard detection bodies of various analog sensors are close to the sensing surface. Under specified conditions, their usable distance is proportional to the output current. Please refer to the prepared curve chart for details of each curve. |
