Application of anti-interference signal type proximity switch

Kaijit's anti-interference sensor is also a high-quality proximity switch sensor product series. It has all the advantages of this series of inductors because it uses a soft ferrite-free magnetic core coil and a unique internal shielding process, which effectively avoids the influence of magnetic fields during the arc welding process and completely This avoids incorrect operation of the sensor, thereby achieving accurate positioning of the car body during the welding process. After selecting the model, we conducted trial operation tests at several equipment locations on site. The operation results were ideal. Welding penetration could not produce deposits on the sensor surface, meeting the customer's usage requirements.

With a full understanding of the automobile manufacturing process, we are familiar with the above requirements and working conditions. After in-depth exchanges on the spot, we strongly recommended a Teflon-coated proximity switch that is resistant to welding flame splashing and resistant to magnetic field influence, which perfectly solved the customer's problem.

With this feature, the Teflon material is evenly, seamlessly and firmly plated on the entire casing, induction surface and accessories of the sensor. The heat-resistant characteristics of the Teflon coating enable the sensor to withstand high-temperature welding flames; and once the welding is splashed onto the Teflon coating, it will immediately fall. The sensor is designed to avoid welding deposits to the greatest extent, thereby effectively protecting the internal circuit from damage, and at the same time preventing induction malfunction caused by welding slag depositing on the magnetic induction surface of the sensor.
