The difference between the inspection distance of inductive sensor proximity switch and different metal materials

Standard inspection distance: refers to the distance when the standard inspection object "iron" is used.

There are differences due to different shapes, sizes, and materials of the objects to be inspected. If the objects to be inspected are lower than the standard inspection objects, or the objects to be inspected have undergone electroplating or other processing, the inspection distance will also vary depending on the level of processing. There will be changes due to the same, so please pay attention.

Setting distance = inspection distance (Sn) × correction coefficient; such as Duokai high-tech proximity switch, the standard inspection distance of square 3LS10-W5N1 or 3LR12-P5N1 specifications is: 5 mm, the setting distance should be (Sa) = 5 mm×0.7=3.5 mm

Calculate the installation inspection spacing according to the correction coefficient in the figure below.
