This product is widely used in various industrial temperature measurement systems, such as oil fields, electric power, petrochemicals and some occasions where wiring is inconvenient.

○ System design concept:

● More stable. On the basis of tradition, this temperature transmitter adopts high-quality components, high-precision and reliable signal conditioning circuits, anti-interference circuits, soft and hard compensation and other technologies, and through a large number of experiments and testing, the instrument has measurement data It has the advantages of precision, strong anti-interference ability and easy operation.

● Wireless transmission. In the past, various temperature transmitters generally had 4-20mA output signals, and some still displayed them locally. The signals needed to be sent to the duty room through wires for collection or the duty personnel went to the site to copy the data. Due to the relatively complex industrial site environment, Poor, unstable power supply system, damage to wires caused by maintenance equipment, and difficulty in management make the data obtained unreliable and unrealistic. This temperature transmitter adopts the most advanced micro-power wireless communication technology in the world. The measurement and control instruments and monitoring devices all work in the 480MHz (or 2.4GHz) wireless open frequency band; on-site data, alarms, protection and other parameters can all be transmitted through the wireless , reliable transmission to the duty room, overcoming the previous inconvenience of requiring personnel to read meters on-site and long-distance transmission with wires, thereby achieving the purpose of people-oriented and economical.

● Energy saving and environmental protection. Traditional temperature transmitters require AC or DC power supply from the mains; however, this instrument adopts the latest low power consumption technology and is powered by high-power lithium batteries. A single 3.6V battery can be used reliably for more than a year and a half. The instrument does not need to consider back-end load issues, and there is no subsequent A/D conversion. It directly wirelessly transmits high-precision measurement data values to the receiving terminal in the duty room, and then uploads them to the background through the terminal for unified data management.
