①Through-beam photoelectric switch: It contains a transmitter and a receiver that are structurally separated from each other and have their optical axes opposite each other. The light emitted by the transmitter directly enters the receiver. When the object to be detected passes between the transmitter and the receiver and When light is blocked, the photoelectric switch generates a switching signal. When the detection object is opaque, the through-beam photoelectric switch is the most reliable detection device.

②Mirror-reflective photoelectric switch: It also integrates the transmitter and receiver. The light emitted by the photoelectric switch transmitter is reflected back to the receiver through the reflector. When the object to be detected passes by and completely blocks the light, the photoelectric switch is generated. Detect switch signals.

③ Diffuse reflection photoelectric switch: It is a sensor that integrates a transmitter and a receiver. When a detected object passes by, the object reflects a sufficient amount of light emitted by the photoelectric switch transmitter to the receiver, so the photoelectric switch A switching signal is generated. When the surface of the object to be detected is bright or its reflectivity is extremely high, the diffuse reflection photoelectric switch is the preferred detection mode.

④Trough type photoelectric switch: It usually adopts a standard U-shaped structure. Its transmitter and receiver are located on both sides of the U-shaped groove and form an optical axis. When the detected object passes through the U-shaped groove and blocks the optical axis , the photoelectric switch generates a switching signal. Slot type photoelectric switch is more suitable for detecting high-speed moving objects, and it can distinguish transparent and translucent objects, making it safe and reliable to use.

⑤ Optical fiber photoelectric switch: It uses plastic or glass fiber optic sensors to guide light and can detect distant objects. Generally, fiber optic sensors are divided into through-beam and diffuse reflection types.
