Crane cranes (also known as overhead cranes and bridge cranes) are the main lifting equipment for heavy industry enterprises. They are large in number and busy in work. Collision accidents between cranes on the same span are prone to occur. The damage to personnel and materials of the enterprise is a great pain point.
The crane anti-collision device is developed by our company based on the needs of a large number of on-site cases of cranes (Crane Crane). It is an ideal protection device for cranes. This series of anti-collision controller devices have strong anti-interference, accurate positioning and ranging, and stable and reliable operation. It is an industrial product specially designed and developed for applications in metallurgy and other related industries that require distance measurement and position control.
This device uses a laser distance meter to monitor the distance between the same-span vehicles in real time. If the distance between the vehicles is less than the set safety distance, the device outputs a relay contact signal to control the operation of the (traveling and overhead) vehicles, thereby Effectively avoid collision accidents and ensure the safety of people and equipment. This system is easy to install and debug, and can significantly improve the safe operation ability of driving.
This product consists of the following parts:
1. The controller (host) is shown in the figure:
The controller function is mainly a power-on self-test function, which processes and calculates the signals received by the laser sensor, and makes corresponding electromechanical actions (voice alarm and PLC control) based on the detected distance. Two distances can be set arbitrarily in the range of 0.5-35m as deceleration and parking, and installed in the driver's cab or electrical room beam: the controller's function is mainly to process the signal received by the laser sensor, and based on the detected distance, Make corresponding relay alarms, deceleration, and parking actions, and have functions such as alarms and voice prompts.
2. Laser range finder (see picture)
The laser rangefinder is installed on both sides of the mobile device. Its function is to irradiate the laser beam to the opposite vehicle or reflective plate and receive the reflected light reflected by the reflected signal. Provided to the controller, the controller calculates the distance from the crane to the measured object. Laser sensor features: strong penetrating power, not affected by light and dust, stable anti-interference signal, high precision and small error.
3. The function of the reflective plate is to reflect the laser in a direction suitable for small losses (optional).
This product is a bidirectional laser sensor with a detection distance of 30 meters (the distance can also be specified by the user). At 15 meters, 10 meters, and 5 meters, the voice alarm starts: and there are two relay outputs, which can participate in the automatic control of the crane.

1. The laser sensors are installed on both sides of the crane, and the controller host is installed in the cab.
2. The reflective plate (fixed with a magnetic sheet) is installed on an object to prevent collision and is in a straight line with the optical axis of the laser sensor. (may not be used)
3. Run the crane test host self-check to confirm that the controller and power box (containing laser sensor) are working properly.
4. Depending on the site environment, the lens and reflector should be cleaned regularly.
