KJT vibration sensor is a device that converts mechanical vibration into electrical signals. It is commonly used to monitor and diagnose the condition of equipment or structures and can be used in industrial fields, machinery and equipment, building structures and other applications. Around us, there are many phenomena that we cannot directly observe with the naked eye, such as sound, electromagnetic fields, tiny displacements, etc. These phenomena require the sensing and measurement of scientific instruments, and vibration sensors are one of them. It consists of a mass block, a spring and electrical components. When the mass block is vibrated, the spring will deform, thereby changing the electrical properties of the electrical components, such as resistance, capacitance or inductance... These changes will be converted into electrical signals, which are further processing and recording. Vibration sensors can detect parameters such as acceleration, speed and displacement of objects, and through these parameters the nature and characteristics of vibration can be analyzed.
