The working principle of the address code rope switch is to install multiple address code rope switches in different locations of the equipment or machine. Each address coded pull switch is associated with a specific location and has a specific code. When the address code cord is pulled, the switch changes its state and sends a signal to the control system. The control system determines the location of the equipment or machine based on the received status signal of the address code pull rope switch, and takes corresponding operations or controls as needed.
For example, an address code pull switch can be used to ensure that a device stops running at a specific location, or that a specific program runs at a specific location. Address code pull-rope switches are commonly used in material conveying systems, hoisting machinery, telescopic shelves and other applications that require location determination and safe control. Working principle: When an emergency occurs at the tape transportation site, pulling the wire rope tied to the lifting eye is the action of the slider and switch in the machine, which sends a shutdown signal. The switch automatically resets after releasing the wire rope.
