When selecting a tag sensor, consider the following factors:
1. Tag type: Different tag types require different sensors. For example, if it is an ordinary label, you can choose an ordinary label sensor; if it is a transparent label, you need to choose a sensor dedicated to transparent labels.
2. Detection distance and tolerance: Select the appropriate detection distance and detection distance tolerance according to the requirements of the application environment. Generally speaking, the farther the detection distance the sensor can reach sensitivity and the smaller the detection distance tolerance, the better the performance of the sensor.
3. Light source type: Select the appropriate light source type according to the color and reflection characteristics of the surface of the object being detected. For example, for ordinary labels, RGB three-color light sources are a good choice; for more complex color pattern backgrounds, you can choose a color mark sensor with color mode.
4. Object characteristics: Taking into account the characteristics of the detected object, such as surface pattern, color, etc., select the appropriate sensor type. For example, infrared sensors and proximity sensors are both common types.
