The KJT-LCX-I square chute blockage detector adopts a side-pressure movable door structure. After the fault is eliminated, the movable door automatically resets when the pressure is pushed. The Tao shell with anti-corrosion layer, heavy-duty micro switch point, high sensitivity, and the force only needs 0.9Kg can trigger the switch. The machine adopts imported travel switch, which has sensitive action and high reliability. The chute clogging protection device adopts a door-type structure with a spring reset. When the material is clogged in the chute, the piled material puts pressure on the side wall of the chute, thereby pushing the originally installed movable door outward. When the movable door deflects at an angle When, its control switch action sends out warning, vibration or shutdown signals. When the blockage fault is eliminated, the movable door automatically resets under the action of the spring and returns to its original state. Status data can also be sent to the remote control room through the ground industry encoder.

●The switch must be balanced and pressed on the fixed bracket of the rack;

●Tie the steel wire rope to the pull rings at both ends, and the rope on each side should not exceed 40m (it should be shortened when there is a slope);

●The pressure on the pull rope should be appropriate to ensure reliable reset of the switch;

●The drawstring is set parallel to the tape, and a lifting ring is added every 10m.

●The factory can purchase steel wire ropes according to the specifications required by users.

The address encoder uses a self-designed protocol to provide an RS485 communication interface to connect to the comprehensive protection instrument. By using shielded twisted pairs and communication repeaters, the transmission distance can reach 1km.
