Magnetic induction sensors are used to detect magnetic fields and are particularly suitable for detecting piston position in cylinders. Thanks to electronic working principles, our magnetic field sensors can detect without fail permanent magnets of various strengths mounted on all common cylinder pistons. The sensor adopts a wear-free working method, has the characteristics of short circuit protection, ruggedness and protection grade IP67. We also offer products for welding and explosion-proof areas, as well as sensors with analog outputs. Through non-contact position detection, KJT magnetic cylinder sensors work absolutely reliably and wear-free: no burnt contacts, no knocks, only clean switching points. The piston position is reliably recognized even at high speeds.
